Bypass temporal de aguas residuales con alquiler de bombas en Protech Continental

A leading group specialising in the rehabilitation of trenchless collectors has relied on Protech Rental Services to carry out a temporary sewage bypass, a critical process during sanitation maintenance works.

Bypass pump rental: efficiency and solids control

For this operation, we chose our self-priming pumps rental service, equipped with the solid management system Eradicator.. This system is specially designed to effectively handle waste water such as:

  • Hygienic wipes
  • Diapers
  • Waste of cellulose

These elements, increasingly present in the sewerage networks, represent a great challenge for any traditional pumping system.

Technical solution

The service provided included:

  • 5 self-priming Gorman-Rupp centrifugal pumps, diesel and electric, with a unit flow of 750 m 3/h

  • 100 and 220 KVA generators

  • More than 1,500 meters of industrial hose

  • Night and holiday surveillance service to ensure uninterrupted and monitored system operation

The rental of pumps was complemented by an integral logistic deployment, which included the transport, assembly, positioning and subsequent dismantling of all equipment, managed by our specialized technical team.
