Our technical department offers advice if a change in the construction materials of your pump is required. We produce elastomeric compounds for your pump’s stator, ranging from those that are more resistant to abrasion, offer better performance against pressure recirculation, or are even more resistant to chemical attack.
We design and maintain customised stocks based on customer needs for critical equipment that could compromise production.
Stator production
Stator production in more than 20 types of elastomeric and rigid materials allows us to select the most suitable type of elastomer for each application.
Elastomeric compounds
Starting with different types of synthetic and natural rubber, all elastomeric compounds are produced, controlled and tested in the laboratory.
